Beacon Pest Services has been able to help us with a rat 🐀 infestation affecting our area by a Disney location after so much construction in our area. Rats are so destructive when they enter your attic and can increase the risk of a home fire. Had Beacon out for the first time this week. Mario was very courteous and professional. He politely let us know that we waited too long to have something done. He was right and we knew it. He went to work and was very methodical in every room and outside the house. When he was done, he showed his findings and gave recommendations on how to improve the situation. For instance, sealing cracks he found on the outside wall. If the service stays like this, we will be a Beacon customer for a long time.
